The Kretzulescu Church was built in the 1720s by the boyar Iordache Crețulescu and his wife, a daughter of Prince Constantin Brâncoveanu, and its warm red brick, twin towers and arcaded porch stand out among the grand buildings of Calea Victoriei. Look inside for the painted interior.
